Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from mtkadisin.com ("the Site"), operated by The Kraken Tree Publishing on behalf of author M. T. Kadisin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Signed paperbacks and art prints are physical goods; eBooks are digital downloads delivered via BookFunnel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers. By placing an order you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

Signed paperbacks ship from the Hudson Valley, New York within five business days of order confirmation. Art prints are produced to order and typically ship within 5–7 business days. eBooks are delivered digitally moments after purchase via a BookFunnel claim link sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Because signed paperbacks and art prints are personalized or print-to-order goods, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. eBooks, being digital goods, are non-refundable once the BookFunnel claim link has been delivered. If your physical order arrives damaged, contact hello@mtkadisin.com within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.

All content on the Site (including text, cover art, author photography, character designs, and the Saga of the Stone King series itself) is the intellectual property of M. T. Kadisin and The Kraken Tree Publishing, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its normal operation, or to attempt to access any portion of the Site not intended for public use. Accounts found sharing or reselling eBook claim links may have delivery access revoked.

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Kraken Tree Publishing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the products sold on it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted with a new "Last updated" date.
